Each year, at the world’s largest gathering of women and non-binary technologists, Citadel hosts an unforgettable evening event to inspire women in STEM.

Citadel asked us to concept an event that would be compelling to women in technology and true to the firms’ culture.

Citadel is a meritocratic place. Being pushed and challenged is a mark of respect. But if you accept that challenge, the upside is unlimited.

Or in one word: Boundless.

Launching in 2022, Boundless has become an annual event franchise, focused around a woman who has expanded the boundaries of what’s possible in male-dominated fields.

Retired astronaut Dr. Cady Coleman spoke about risk, teamwork, and spacesuits. Dr. Kizzmekia Corbett talked to about critical research that led to the Moderna COVID vaccine. And most recently Judit Polgar, the greatest woman chess player of all time, spoke about risk-taking and decision-making when the stakes are highest.
