Grace Hopper Celebration is the world’s largest gathering of women and non-binary technologists. In an industry where women remain systematically underrepresented, GHC is a source of ideas, inspiration, and networking.
For GHC 2022 in Orlando, Florida, Citadel wanted to wanted to host an unforgettable evening event that presented their credentials as an employer of choice for women in STEM.
Culturally, the firms stand out for their boldness and the scale of their collective ambition. We wanted to encourage and validate that ambition in young women—wherever they chose to make their careers.
In short, we wanted guests to think and be boundless.
That word became the theme of our event, reflected in everything from the signage to the food and drinks to the speaker: retired astronaut Dr. Cady Coleman spoke about risk, spacesuits, teamwork, mentorship, thriving as a woman in a male-dominated field, and much more besides.
